The lounge acts as the process area if you find yourself in a low-energy state during check-in. It also serves as the waiting room if you prefer to simply wait for your appointment.

This space encompasses activities to help bring you out of feeling states such as lethargy, exhaustion, numbness, or sadness. The lounge offers different categories of activities to ensure that your needs are supported.

First Visit Expectations

First Visit Expectations

Crossover Counseling is designed to spark your creativity and imagination about mental health and what it can look like to lean into creating a foundation for lasting change.

We invite you to arrive at least 20 minutes before your session to identify your current physical and emotional state, exploring how you can regulate and feel calmer, clearer, and more in control to get the most out of your session.

*Regulation: the ability to manage your emotions & behaviors effectively.

The Stress Studio

The Stress Studio

The Stress Studio acts as the process area if you find yourself in a high-energy state during check-in. This space is designed for movement-oriented activities that support feeling states like anxiety, overwhelm, frustration, and irritability. The Stress Studio offers a variety of activities, from passive movements to high-energy exercises.

On a separate note, we all understand the importance of movement and exercise for mental health and well-being. This space provides an opportunity to address both needs at once.

Individual Counseling

Our approaches are non-directive and non-pathologizing, facilitating individuals leading a self-discovery and growth process rather than counselor-direction and offering views or advice.  

NET Sessions

Using the Neuro Emotional Technique, we help identify and release stress-related issues stored in the body, promoting improved overall well-being and emotional balance.

Integration of Counseling & NET

Mind-body oriented approaches focus on supporting individuals in using their body and physical sensations to explore thoughts, emotions, and memories.
